Senior Retention
Clearer Leaders
Senior managers need a room where the truth is allowed
The higher someone climbs, the less honest feedback they receive. Senior leaders are the hardest people to replace and the least likely to say they're struggling. Coaching gives them a confidential space to think clearly, and gives you a way of catching drift long before it becomes a resignation.
Protects the people who cost the most to lose
Confidential by design the company sponsors it, the leader owns it
Compounding impact, which is why most clients renew

What it's like for the leader
Coaching only works if the leader wants to be there. The sessions belong to them: no agenda from above, no reporting on what was said, and the same coach throughout so nobody has to re-explain their situation every month.
A confidential space with no agenda but their own
One coach who already knows the context
Time to think properly, rather than another meeting
How the engagement works
A long partnership, a clear focus, and reporting that respects the line.

The Relationship
A Long-Term Partnership
Regular 1:1 sessions over a sustained period with one consistent coach, because coaching works on a timeline rather than a date.

The Focus
Performance, Not Therapy
We work on what determines whether a leader delivers: clarity under load, personal energy, and how they land with the people around them.

The Line
What You See, What Stays Private
You get engagement reporting and themed insights across the cohort. Individual conversations stay between the leader and their coach.
Choose your focus
01
Regular 1:1 Sessions
A sustained rhythm of sessions over the length of the engagement, not a fixed short course.
02
One Consistent Coach
The same coach throughout, so nobody has to explain their situation twice.
03
Wherever Your Leader Is
Onsite, virtual, or wherever the role actually takes them that month.
04
Clarity Under Load
Decision-making and strategic thinking when the pressure is at its highest.
05
Energy and Burnout Prevention
Personal energy and recovery for people who rarely stop long enough to notice.
06
Presence and Influence
How a leader lands with their team, and what's worth adjusting.

We've worked with Fitvision every year since 2023. We began with a programme helping our managers support their teams through periods of real change preparing for new ways of working, and making sure those teams' voices reached senior leadership, locally and internationally.

In 2024 we co-developed the Ireland Sponsorship Program to develop female talent across HPE Ireland. It has been instrumental for a significant number of colleagues, has since run a second time, and a third is scheduled.
The insight Fitvision brings is genuinely inspirational, and I want to thank them on behalf of everyone at HPE who has benefited.

Supporting leaders under pressure
The change coaching makes is quiet, but it shows up in the things you can measure.
BEFORE
Senior people running hot with nowhere to say so
Feedback that stops at a certain level of seniority
Development that ends once someone is senior enough
Losing leaders you didn't know were close to leaving
AFTER
A confidential space that catches problems early
Leaders who can see their own patterns clearly
Support that continues at every level
Retention where it costs the most to lose someone
Getting Started Is Easy
1
Scope
We agree who's being coached, what success looks like, and exactly where the confidentiality line sits before anyone books a session.
2
Match & Begin
We pair each leader with the right coach and start. The first sessions build trust; everything after that does the work.
3
Sustain & Review
Regular check-ins with you on engagement and themes, and with the leader on progress, so the investment stays visible without breaking trust.
