The Context
As a global edge-to-cloud company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is built on innovation. With a workforce spanning continents, the organisation recognised that their continued success relied on more than just technical excellence—it required a robust, dynamic leadership pipeline.
HPE sought to accelerate the growth of their "high potential" talent. The goal was to empower these individuals not just to manage, but to lead with strategic vision, executive presence, and resilience.

The Fitvision Approach
Our partnership began in 2021, born out of a shared commitment to supporting people during challenging times. What started as a proactive pilot for a small cohort of HR managers—championed by Linda Stafford—quickly revealed a powerful alignment in values.

To support a global team, we operationalised a 24-hour delivery cycle. Our team delivers high-impact masterclasses that move seamlessly from Asia (APAC) to Europe (EMEA) and the Americas in a single day. Whether facilitating in-person workshops in hubs like Dubai and Singapore or delivering virtual masterclasses to the US, we ensure the standard of care and energy remains consistent across every time zone.
2. Scaling Impact: From 10 to 3,000
Demonstrating our operational capacity, we successfully scaled the initial pilot into a comprehensive global roadmap involving over 3,000 employees. This expansion established Fitvision as a central pillar of HPE’s development infrastructure, proving our ability to handle both macro-global strategy and micro-personal connection simultaneously.
3. Bespoke Learning Ecosystems
We moved beyond generic training to create tailored learning streams, including our flagship Women in Leadership and Emerging Leaders programmes. These journeys focus heavily on the "inner game"—building the psychological self-belief required to unlock advanced skills. To ensure lasting impact, we support these live sessions with a custom suite of digital resources, empowering leaders to continue their development independently.

Expansion into Elite Units: The success of our core programmes led to an invitation to work with the Customer Innovation Centres (CICs)—the hub of HPE’s client-facing innovation. Here, we train sales leaders in advanced storytelling and communication, equipping the commercial frontline with the narrative tools to engage clients deeply.
A Culture of Active Ownership: The shift from passive to active ownership is evident. Leaders across the organisation are now initiating career conversations and seeking progression, significantly "future-proofing" the internal talent pipeline.
