Why classes fill a gym when equipment doesn't
A gym you can visit any time is a gym people visit no time. A 12:30 class on Wednesday is an appointment, and people keep appointments. Classes are also where colleagues from different floors meet, and that social pull is what brings people back long after the initial motivation fades.
A fixed time in the diary gives people a reason to show up
Community across teams, not just cardio
A proper spread of classes reaches the whole workforce

What keeps people coming back
A class is a commitment in the diary and a person expecting you. It's also where colleagues from different floors end up talking, and that social pull outlasts the fitness motivation by a long way.
A fixed time people can rely on week to week
An instructor who scales the session to whoever turned up
Colleagues from other teams alongside them

We've worked with Fitvision every year since 2023. We began with a programme helping our managers support their teams through periods of real change preparing for new ways of working, and making sure those teams' voices reached senior leadership, locally and internationally.

In 2024 we co-developed the Ireland Sponsorship Program to develop female talent across HPE Ireland. It has been instrumental for a significant number of colleagues, has since run a second time, and a third is scheduled.
The insight Fitvision brings is genuinely inspirational, and I want to thank them on behalf of everyone at HPE who has benefited.

Getting Started Is Easy
1
Design the Timetable
We look at your working patterns and headcount, and build a schedule around when people can actually attend.
2
Launch It Properly
A class nobody knows about is an empty room. We handle the internal comms so week one has numbers.
3
Keep It Full
Attendance tracked every week, and the timetable adjusted to what your people turn up for.
The Fitvision App
Your organisation's fitness & wellbeing solutions in one place
Elite Movement & Fitness
Live and on-demand classes from HIIT to Yoga, plus structured programmes tailored to individual goals.
Cognitive Performance & Mindset
Guided meditations, breathwork for stress management, and audio tools to improve sleep and enhance deep-work focus.

Nutritional Strategy
Hundreds of expert-curated recipes and guides to fuel sustained energy levels and simplify weekly meal planning.
Community & Connection
A dedicated social space to celebrate wins, share progress, and unite teams through global wellbeing challenges.
From empty room to social hub
What a properly planned and promoted timetable does to a quiet gym.
BEFORE
An empty gym with good equipment
Classes that ran twice and quietly stopped
A timetable nobody was told about
The same six people, every time
AFTER
A timetable people book their diary around
Consistent, growing attendance
A schedule that adapts to real demand
A gym that's a social hub, not a storage room
What's included
01
HIIT and Strength
The higher-intensity end of the timetable, scaled so it doesn't only serve the fittest.
02
Spin and Cardio
Group cardio with the energy that makes people book a week ahead.
03
Yoga, Pilates and Mobility
The sessions desk-based teams need most, and that reach people who'd never book HIIT.
04
Times Built Around Your Day
Class times set around your actual working patterns, not a standard gym timetable.
05
Insured, Qualified Instructors
Every class led by someone properly qualified, insured and briefed on your facility.
06
On-Demand via the App
Fitvision App classes for hybrid days, so the habit holds when people aren't in the building.
How it runs
A schedule people can rely on, someone good running it, and enough change to keep it alive.
Full Weekly Timetable
Before work, lunchtime and after hours, at consistent times people can build a week around.
Led, Not Streamed
A qualified instructor in the room who knows people's names and scales the session to whoever turned up.
Kept Full, Not Left Running
Attendance tracked weekly, seasonal challenges and events, and the schedule adjusted to what people turn up for.
