Team Connection
Weekly Habit
What makes a club last
Three things decide whether a workplace run club survives past week six.
Qualified Coaches
A qualified running coach at every session, setting the plan and keeping the group together. That reliability is most of the trick.
Every Pace Welcome
Multiple pace groups, walk-run options and beginner routes, designed around the person who's nervous about joining.
Raceday Events
Race entries, charity runs and company-wide challenges give the club a horizon, which is what stops it quietly fading.
Trusted by leading organisations across the globe

Why a run club works when other initiatives don't
People who'd never meet in a meeting end up running side by side. A weekly club builds a rhythm a one-off event can't, and because it's coached and structured around pace groups, a first-time jogger and a marathon runner both come back the following week.
Cross-functional connection at a genuinely low cost
Consistency that becomes part of the week
Structured so every ability is included, not just tolerated

What it's like to turn up
The club is designed around the person who's nervous about joining, because that's the person it needs to keep. Pace groups mean nobody is dropped and nobody is held back, and there's always a coach who knows who came last week.
A pace group where nobody finishes alone
A coach who learns your name in week one
Walk-run options that are genuinely welcome

Case Study
Building Manager Resilience at Irish Life
Fitvision partnered with Irish Life Corporate Business to build a structured programme that treated manager wellbeing as a driver of performance, running from initial consultation through coaching and assessment to recommendations for senior management.

From initial conversation through to execution and review, Fitvision was a fantastic partner for our Manager Wellness programme. They designed a full journey with pre-programme engagement, personal individual manager coaching, a thoughtfully facilitated group feedback session and a detailed report for senior management.
I’ve received really positive feedback from many of the managers who took part, many re-evaluating their wellness practice and implementing new routines. The high level recommendations Fitvision provided our business with helped us design out our employee engagement and wellness calendar for the next twelve months. Working with FitVision is easy and richly rewarding for my colleagues.

Getting Started Is Easy
1
Set Up
We scope the route, the day, the time and the pace groups, then handle the internal launch so it starts with numbers.
2
Run It
A coach turns up every week, in every weather. That reliability is what builds the habit.
3
Grow It
Challenges, race entries and events keep the club going well past the point where most of them stop.
From group chat to fixture
Most workplace run clubs stop around week six. Here's what the difference looks like.
BEFORE
A WhatsApp group with good intentions
Three people, then none
A club that quietly turned into a race
Teams who don't know each other's names
AFTER
A weekly fixture people plan around
Growing numbers across every department
Every pace welcome, every week
Connections that carry back into the office
