Fitvision partnered with Workhuman to breathe life into their new headquarters, moving beyond standard gym management to deliver a holistic wellness strategy that connects teams across a multi-building campus.

The Context

As a company dedicated to making work more human, Workhuman invested significantly in a new, state-of-the-art office campus, complete with dedicated wellness zones and gym facilities.


With the campus split across two separate buildings—one housing Customer Service and the wellness facility, the other housing the canteen and wider departments—Workhuman saw an opportunity. They wanted to ensure these physical spaces didn't just exist, but actively brought people together.


The goal was to create an environment so engaging and supportive that coming to the office became a positive lifestyle choice rather than a requirement. They sought a partner who could activate these spaces and build a culture of connection that spanned the entire campus.


The Fitvision Approach

Workhuman required a partner capable of looking at the "whole person," not just their physical fitness. They chose Fitvision because of our ability to deliver a comprehensive wellbeing ecosystem—spanning physical, mental, and social health.


Our approach was collaborative from day one. We worked closely with internal stakeholders to design a programme that wasn't just a list of classes, but a schedule of experiences designed to foster interaction and personal growth.


The Solution

We adopted a partnership model, curating a diverse range of services to ensure every employee felt welcome and catered for.


1. Strategic Design & Warm Inductions

Our involvement began before the doors even opened. We provided consultancy on the facility fit-out to ensure the equipment flow maximized the space. Once active, we prioritized a "warm welcome" phase, running extensive inductions to ensure every staff member felt comfortable, capable, and safe within the new environment.


2. An Inclusive "Hybrid" Timetable

To appeal to Workhuman’s diverse demographic, we designed a schedule that catered to all levels of interest. From high-energy sessions like Spin, Boxing, and HIIT to specialised "Hybrid" conditioning classes, we ensured the gym was a destination for everyone—from the movement enthusiast to the dedicated athlete.


3. Holistic Wellbeing Experiences

Recognising that a vibrant culture needs variety, we integrated a rotating calendar of specialist events to keep engagement fresh. This included:

  • Physical Therapy: On-site massage and physiotherapy to support recovery.

  • Health Insights: Advanced nutrition consultations, VO2 Max testing, and metabolic analysis for data-driven health.

  • Mental & Social Wellbeing: Immersive experiences such as sound baths, breathwork workshops, self-defence courses, and interactive cooking demonstrations.

The Experience

By blending fitness with holistic care, the wellness programme has become a central pillar of the Workhuman office experience.

  • Bridging the Campus: The shared wellness initiatives serve as a connection point between the two buildings. Colleagues from Customer Service and other departments now regularly interact in classes, fostering organic relationships across the business.

  • A Culture of Connection: The atmosphere has evolved into an open, energetic community. Participation is driven by a genuine desire to engage, improve personal health, and connect with peers.

  • Sustained Energy: By constantly evolving the schedule and introducing new, diverse experiences, we ensure the programme remains dynamic, giving employees something new to look forward to each month.
