Introducing the Mark your Vision Program

Mark Your Vision is an 8 week program based around building healthy habits into busy lifestyles for lasting change.

If not Mark Your Vision can help, set up by Mark O Reilly following 10 years of working with high performing business men and women across Australia, U.k. and Ireland. Mark has seen the effective impact of correct coaching when it comes to Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle Habits. The Mark Your Vision program is based around building healthy habits into busy lifestyles for lasting change. The program takes place over an 8 week period and is supported by Fitness Technology in the form of an App to ensure you are in regular contact and guided through every step of your journey.

Regular Exercise and improved nutritional intake helps improve all aspects of your life, including work productivity, energy levels and mood. Being productive and alert at work can help you get your job done faster and even make you more eligible for a promotion. This principle is the foundation of the program but just the start.

How Long

8 Weeks

Generally, the initial programs last for 8 weeks. This also includes full access to the Exercise and Nutrition App and Journal for support.

Taking control

Following the 8-week program the aim is to give you the tools to take control of your Health and Lifestyle.

Setting personal targets, exercising regularly and eating effectively for your body to maximise performance and fulfil your potential. The coaching model enables you to build the foundations to excel into the future.

IN-DEPTH CONSULTATION & GOAL SETTING

The first step in the Fit Vision system is an in-depth consultation where we evaluate your current fitness levels, eating habits and lifestyle and discuss your goals and the deadline by which you want to achieve them. Understanding your motivation is a vital element to creating a program based around your needs.

MATCHING YOU WITH THE RIGHT TRAINER

From there we will recommend the Fitvision trainer most suited to your requirements. We set your short and long term goals and recommend a realistic time frame in which to achieve them. Each session will be tailored to ensure that your workouts are always varied, challenging and most of all enjoyable.

MONITORING PROGRESS & RESULTS

FitVision will also provide you with a nutrition plan and additional workouts that can be completed in the comfort of your own home.Progress is continually monitored with measurements being taken every three weeks in order to ensure that you are on track.
