Following the 8-week program the aim is to give you the tools to take control of your Health and Lifestyle.

Setting personal targets, exercising regularly and eating effectively for your body to maximise performance and fulfil your potential. The coaching model enables you to build the foundations to excel into the future.

The Next Step: Debrief Session

Generally, the initial program lasts for 8 weeks. This also includes full access to the Exercise and Nutrition App and Thrive or Survive Group for support.
